Please make reservations where it is suggested. Most restaurants are extremely busy in the middle of the evening during the main seasons and on weekends; some only take bookings for a very early first and then for a later second seating.

We suggest that our visitors from overseas become acquainted with each restaurant's policy about gratuities; some will add 15% to the bill, unless otherwise instructed. Some will also add a service charge automatically to large parties and groups. If you are unsure, please ask your server.

Bringing alcoholic beverages into a restaurant or taking them out is illegal in the Province of Alberta.
