The traditional ingredients, warm colour tones and high-energy staff promise to delight the senses! Caramba, which translated means "WOW" has been delighting travelers in Whistler and Port Moody for some time and continues to exceed expectations in Banff.

Caramba is based on an open kitchen style where the action and excitement of the food preparation is carried throughout the dining room. The large Forno pizza oven, the Rotisserie and the flaming grill are the first sights that will greet you as you enter the Restaurant. Those looking for a light snack or a drink by the floor to ceiling fireplace are invited to visit the cozy Lobby Lounge.
